Duties and Responsibilities (Include but are not limited to):

Communication Strategy Development:

  • Collaborate with the Sales Operations Coordinator to develop and implement communication strategies that align with sales objectives.
  • Ensure all communication supports the sales team in achieving targets and fosters a culture of transparency and collaboration.
  • Content Creation and Management:
  • Write and design high-quality sales materials, including presentations, reports, newsletters, and internal communications.
  • Develop and maintain a library of resources for the sales team, ensuring easy access to up-to-date information and tools.
  • Event Coordination:
  • Support the planning and execution of sales events, webinars, and promotional campaigns, ensuring effective communication before, during, and after each event.
  • Monitor the success of events and campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements.
  • Internal Team Support:
  • Facilitate effective communication between the sales team and other departments, ensuring alignment on goals and initiatives.
  • Develop and implement communication strategies that support the sales team’s objectives. Coordinate regular updates and briefings to keep the sales team informed of product launches, promotions, and market changes.
  • External Communication:
  • Craft clear and compelling sales messages for various audiences, including sales agents and stakeholders.
  • Manage social media and online platforms to promote sales initiatives and engage with clients.
  • Support Sales Initiatives:
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand their needs and provide communication support for campaigns and events.
  • Assist in organizing and promoting sales events, webinars, and road shows. Monitor sales performance metrics and provide insights to improve communication strategies.
  • Brand Management:
  • Ensure all communications align with the company’s branding and messaging standards.
  • Contribute to the development of the overall brand strategy by providing feedback and insights from the sales perspective.
  • Feedback and Reporting:
  • Gather feedback from the sales team on communication effectiveness and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare reports on communication activities and their impact on sales performance.

Key Requirements

  • Grade 12 or equivalent (Essential)
  • Diploma/ degree (Desirable)
  • 1+ years of experience in communications, public relations, or a related role.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
