Mission:

  • The purpose of the Human Resource Business Partner role is to replace the current HR Manager until 1 October 2025. During this time the HRBP will be required to develop and execute a People and Leadership strategy and action plan in MineRP to maximize business performance and results

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Drive a clear People and Leadership agenda.
  • Drive a performance culture and continuous improvement.
  • Attract, select, and develop the best talent in the region to build high performing teams.
  • Ensure that we have a strong pipeline of internal talent performing in their current roles and capable and motivated to develop into new roles in the company.
  • Strengthen leadership to make sure we have leaders who actively work with People Management to create lasting results.
  • Ensure a lean and agile organizational design with the skills needed now and in the future.
  • Promote a learning culture with continuous development and growth.
  • Actively promote One HR through collaborate in a team of HR resources from both the region and from RCoE with the aim to deliver a great employee and manager experience.
  • Drive Change management approach when needed.
  • Set and drive a compensation and benefits strategy including driving the regional pay adjustments and yearly performance calibrations.
  • Safeguard labour relations.
  • Alignment of policies, processes etc. with Regional HR Managers/HR Managers colleagues.
  • Be a role-model for the digital and data-driven way of working.
  • Lead in diversity and inclusion across MineRP.
  • Responsibility for SHE within the MineRP organization.
  • Drive internal communications with a focus on employee engagement

Learning and Growth:

  • Participate in activities as described in Personal Development Plan, as agreed with the General Manager.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and skills development processes (best practice, lessons learnt, etc.).

Experience:

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in broad HR roles, min. 2 of those years in a comparable HR management role. HR management experience on senior level, knowledge of local HR standards, procedures, and legal related topics

Qualifications:

  • A tertiary (degree or diploma) in human resource management or any related field of study
