Duties and Responsibilities
- Stock management and quality control.
- Maintain Health and Safety Requirements
- Maintain clean and tidy butchery areas & meat display fridge.
- Ensure correct weight and pricing.
- Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Manage and work towards sales targets.
- Ensure optimal sales, marketing and customer service.
- Assist with stock takes as required.
- Carry out any reasonable instruction given by the manager or supervisor
