Minimum Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist with Stock management and control.
  • Help maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Supporting the store manager in achieving sales targets.
  • Assist the store manager in supervising and managing the staff within the store.
  • Maintaining open and effective communication channels between the store manager, staff members and other departments.
  • Assisting in the implementation and enforcement of the store policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations and compliance with the standards.
  • Administrative tasks such as Daily Cash Up, GRV’s, Purchase Orders etc.
  • Ensuring that the store environment is clean, organized and safe for both customers and employees, according to Health & Safety protocols.
  • Assist managing both the Henwil Chickens Retail Store as well as the Galito’s section.
