Electrical Supervisor needed at Mondi Group

Your mission:

• Supervise all aspects of the team’s health, safety, environmental and quality requirements
• Ensure cost effective team operations by allocating resources, prioritizing work and maximizing plant availability
• Foster and maintain customer and supplier relations
• Implement team KPI’s that are aligned to the departmental plan   
• Technical team support in Electrical maintenance in the Power & Recovery Plant
• Deliver weekly and monthly Electrical maintenance team reports
• Effective team supervision of the Electrical maintenance team

Your profile:

• Matric plus N4 (Supervisory Management)
• Relevant Trade Test
• National Diploma in Electrical Engineering or relevant Engineering Discipline
• National Diploma in Pulp & Paper would be advantageous
• 5 years’ experience in a heavy industry environment
• 1 – 2 Years Leadership experience would be advantageous
• Experience within the Pulp & Paper industry and relevant equipment would be advantageous
