• The role is to provide excellent customer service by attending to customers’ needs in a prompt and courteous manner, prepare a variety of catering duties, and assist with the preparation of all fish.
• The ideal person must perform tasks to a high standard quickly and promptly.

• maintain high standards of housekeeping, hygiene /cleanliness and safe working standards
• wrap products and operate scales
• maintain back-up areas
