RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Grinding of Billets using a Big angle grinder
- Assisting the shipping team when required
- Housekeeping – Ensuring the cleanliness of all work stations and areas
- Assisting with Ad hoc duties
- Any other work tasks as operationally required
QUALIFYING REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12
- Knowledge of hand tools
- Experience working with Power tools
- Previous experience in the same or similar role (advantageous)
- Familiar with health and safety rules and regulations
CANDIDATE ATTRIBUTES
- Hard working and self-motivated
- Willing to work overtime and weekends when required
- Physically Fit (able to handle materials, tools etc.)
- Able to work in a team and independently
- Honest and reliable
- Willing to learn
- Punctual
- Ability to multi task and manage a demanding workload in a pressurised environment
