Job Description    
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Set Sales budgets volumes monthly will be achieved:Monthly action plans to be provided and implementation of a minimum of 4 Displays per month.
  • Compile monthly action plans to achieve targets by customer.
  • A set route list will be followed weekly.
  • Distribute and share sales information, sales statistics, etc, weekly.
  • Promotions: Implement promotional plan to achieve volumes. Manage promotions.
  • Monthly Actions: To achieve or exceed the monthly sales budgets.
  • To demonstrate and promote the sales of bread. Objectives and Key Tasks: To Develop a regular calling cycle with all traders in the area and continually canvass for new business. To maximize sales and grow our market share.
  • To establish and maintain excellent customer service.

Minimum Requirements    

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Matric with a Degree in Sales or Management or equivalent will be an added advantage.
  • Valid EB driver’s license (Code 8).
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

  • Business unit processes.
  • Employment and labour legislation.
  • Customer & personnel services. Sales & marketing.
  • The successful incumbent will be responsible for ensuring that all vehicles are loaded correctly and efficiently in line with company procedures.
