Commericial Officer – Centurion needed at Ampath

Purpose of Position:

• Responsible for developing and implementing Ampath’s commercial strategy to optimise revenue by employing effective pricing strategies, negotiating contracts, and managing risks. Furthermore, building and nurturing key client relationships to guarantee customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Overseeing the organisation’s day-to-day commercial operations.

Requirements:

• Post-graduate Degree in Business Management, Finance or a related field. (Required)

Required Experience:

• 5 or more years of proven experience in a commercial role within the healthcare sector., A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative strategies that promote revenue growth., Effective negotiation skills, including the ability to build relationships, persuade stakeholders, and find mutually beneficial agreements., Proficiency in financial analysis and revenue management., Strong background in developing and implementing pricing strategies, contract negotiation, client relationship management and commercial risk management., Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of the industry, market dynamics, and competitive landscape., Strong strategic planning skills to develop and implement commercial strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the Business Development Manager to ensure that new business opportunities are commercially viable and align with Ampath’s financial objectives., Develop and implement effective pricing strategies to maximise revenue., Ensure all commercial activities comply with relevant regulations and standards., Manage and optimise Ampath’s revenue streams., Manage key client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction to drive repeat business., Monitor and analyse financial performance to ensure revenue targets are met., Negotiate, draft and manage contracts with clients and partners to ensure favorable terms and manage commercial risks., Shape and execute the Ampath’s commercial strategy.
