About the role
- You will be responsible for financial operations which includes invoicing, supplier management, and reporting. In addition, you’ll handle people operations by coordinating recruitment processes and overseeing new employee onboarding. Furthermore, you will manage office operations, organise team events, and take on various tasks to ensure our office runs smoothly.
Requirements
You’ll be a great fit for this role if you meet the following requirements:
- University Degree, BCom degree with first year accounting or similar degree
- 1+ years work experience
- Experience working in an agency, startup, consulting or other customer facing environment
- Understanding of accounting principles
- Experience using Xero or similar software for creating invoices
- Good Excel / Google sheets skills
- Strong customer orientation and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written English – spelling, grammar, proofreading skills
