Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership:

  • Execute HR strategies aligned with the company’s business goals and objectives.
  • Provide strategic HR advice and drive initiatives at the cluster hotels on a range of HR issues, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and organizational development.

Talent Acquisition and Management:

  • Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of qualified talent for all positions.
  • Drive talent management, including succession planning, performance management, and employee development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations related to recruitment and employment practices.

Employee Relations:

  • Manage employee relations matters, including grievance handling, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations related to employee relations.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Administer competitive compensation and benefits packages that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
  • Conduct wage and salary surveys.

HR Operations:

  • Oversee the day-to-day HR operations, including payroll processing, HR record management, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations related to HR administration.

Training and Development

  • Drive Training initiatives within the Cluster

Qualifications

  • 10 years or more of progressive Human Resource experience (preferably with Hyatt)
  • Service-oriented style with professional presentation skills
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Must possess the following strengths: high energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leader, proven track record, effective communicator, effective in providing exceptional customer service and ability to improve the bottom line
  • Clear concise written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills
