Key Responsibilities
- Develop Skills and Talent Management plans aligned to the approved Skills and
- Talent strategies.
- Provide a Skills and Talent management advisory service to the organisation.
- Establish and maintain talent boards, employment equity and skills development governance structures.
- Ensure compliance to Skills and Talent policies, processes, and procedures.
- Manage talent management, employment equity and skills development projects/initiatives.
- Monitor and contribute to the Skills and Talent management scorecard.
- Represent the organisation on internal Skills and Talent governance structures.
