  • Provide a Skills and Talent management advisory service to the organisation.
  • Establish and maintain talent boards, employment equity and skills development governance structures.
  • Ensure compliance to Skills and Talent policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Manage talent management, employment equity and skills development projects/initiatives.
  • Monitor and contribute to the Skills and Talent management scorecard.
  • Represent the organisation on internal Skills and Talent governance structures.
