Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development

  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely and accurate SaaS platform setup.
  • Provide training and support during onboarding to maximize platform adoption.
  • Ensure 95% of clients are onboarded within 30 days, with a 90% post-implementation satisfaction score.

Customer Success and Relationship Management

  • Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with clients to gather feedback and address concerns.
  • Coordinate issue resolution to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop strategies to increase platform engagement and feature usage by 25% per quarter.

Contract and Renewal Management

  • Monitor contract renewal timelines and initiate discussions in advance.
  • Negotiate contract terms to secure long-term commitments and mutual benefits.

Minimum Education (Essential)
