Business Analyst needed at Juru Holdings

Job Description

• Our client, a leading financial services company in Cape Town, is looking for an Intermediate Business Analyst to join their lending products team on a 6 month contract.
• In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to analyse and document business requirements for new and existing lending products. You will develop workflows, process maps, and functional specifications. 

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyse business requirements from various stakeholders.
• Document detailed functional specifications for developers.
• Develop user stories, use cases, process flows, and wireframes.
• Conduct user acceptance testing.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with development teams in an Agile environment.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience as a Business Analyst
• Financial services industry exposure
• Background in  lending products
• BA certification 
• Proficient in requirement gathering techniques and documentation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
