Key Performance Areas:
- Customer centricity (customer service for good customer experience),
- Receive visitors and contractors, and register them on the electronic visitor management system,

Requirements
- Matric Certificate (Grade 12), 1-year Higher Certificate in Office Administration (or equivalent certificate) NQF 5, with at least minimum 3 years’ experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant or Call Centre Operator or Contact Centre Operator.
