Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Dealing with all administration pertaining to building handover
- Assisting the project manager with quality control of units
- Development administration, obtaining occupancy certificates and final approvals for buildings, etc.
- Assisting with all NHBRC related applications, including renewals, registrations, and enrolments
Requirements:
- Relevant qualification in the built environment (Architecture, Building, Property Studies, Construction Management)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience preferably in the property development industry
- Solid proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Positive and professional attitude
- Valid driver’s license and own transport
