Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resume, and coordinating interviews.
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Support in the administration of payroll and benefits programs.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives.
  • Help manage employee relations and resolve HR-related inquiries.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management as required.

Requirements

  • National Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an HR administrative role, preferably in the FMCG or Corporate sector.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and professionally.
  • Proficiency with HRIS and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • MUST reside in Paarl or surrounds (Stellenbosch, Wellington, etc)
