- Meets production targets (sales objectives), such as Rand Value, Non-interest Revenue, Value, Added Products
- Conversion of Approved New Business Applications, First Time Approval, Number of Outbound Calls / Productivity,
- Lead Management within agreed standards.
- Contributes to profitability and managing returns, and provides quotes within mandates, as pre-defined on the system.
- Prepares credit submissions for judgmental assessments.
- Implement people resource planning in line with delivery and performance objectives, on budget and in partnership with specialized areas
You will be an ideal candidate if you:
- Minimum Qualification – Matric
- Preferred Qualification – Diploma in Sales and Marketing or Related field
- Experience – One to three years in Sales and Marketing, call center environment (in/out), financial industry.
