Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide essential administrative support for learnerships and manage data related to all training activities.
  • Assist in the coordination and implementation of various projects and events, including maintaining updated project plans, arranging meetings, and ensuring systems and processes are in place to meet project timelines.
  • Prepare engaging training materials and manage the necessary resources while collaborating with other departments to kick off training initiatives.
  • Accurately capture and maintain data for every training session in accordance with SETA reporting requirements.
  • Support administrative tasks in the Learning & Development space, helping to foster an environment of growth and learning.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A 3-year National Diploma, Degree, or Honours in Human Resources Management or related field from a recognized public tertiary institution.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Must be a South African citizen, aged between 18-35 years.
  • Computer literate with fluency in English.
  • Must reside in or around KwaZulu-Natal (KZN).
  • Not currently employed or participating in any learnership or internship programme.
  • Must not have previously completed an internship (SETA/Government).
