Job Responsibilities:
- Provide essential administrative support for learnerships and manage data related to all training activities.
- Assist in the coordination and implementation of various projects and events, including maintaining updated project plans, arranging meetings, and ensuring systems and processes are in place to meet project timelines.
- Prepare engaging training materials and manage the necessary resources while collaborating with other departments to kick off training initiatives.
- Accurately capture and maintain data for every training session in accordance with SETA reporting requirements.
- Support administrative tasks in the Learning & Development space, helping to foster an environment of growth and learning.
Minimum Requirements:
- A 3-year National Diploma, Degree, or Honours in Human Resources Management or related field from a recognized public tertiary institution.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Must be a South African citizen, aged between 18-35 years.
- Computer literate with fluency in English.
- Must reside in or around KwaZulu-Natal (KZN).
- Not currently employed or participating in any learnership or internship programme.
- Must not have previously completed an internship (SETA/Government).
