Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Support: Assist the CEO with daily operational tasks, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and handling travel arrangements.
- Project Coordination: Be involved in various projects, helping to plan, execute, and monitor deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a key point of contact between the executive team and internal/external partners, preparing reports, presentations, and emails.
- Data Organization: Keep important documents, records, and databases organized and secure, ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Event Organization: Coordinate company meetings, conferences, and other key events.
- Research, Insights + Problem Solving: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and markets to support strategic decisionmaking.
- Travel Management: Coordinate domestic and international travel for the CEO and other executives to ensure efficiency and costeffectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Education: Recent graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: No formal experience is required, but internships or parttime roles in business or project management are a plus.
Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
