Key Responsibilities:
- Weekly and monthly feedback to each portfolio of findings and progress in stores.
- Provide exception reporting to VAS & Mobile field management
Measurables across all VAS/hi in this role:
- Leasing performance tracking
- 3rd Party agent performance tracking
- VAS Target generation and tracking, including product specific drives
- Profit allocation Journal calculation
- Brand Exco Pack generation
- Brand hierarchy data maintenance
- Track and report on Excessive VAS enrolment
- Generate Insurance & Media audit and invoicing files for Metrosure, Edge & Tyme
- Track training completion for staff and 3rd party agents
- Calculate and load Hi Turnover splits
- Generate Mobile Stock and Sales Ops performance dashboards
Qualifications and Experience:
- Data Analytics Diploma or 2 years of practical Data Analytics experience
- 3-5 years’ Retail management experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are essential
- Knowledge of Mobile product retailing would be an advantage
