What you’ll be doing:
- Taking the lead: You’ll head up a team that’s passionate about growing Montego in existing markets and opening up new ones across MEA.
- Building partnerships: Your focus will be on recruiting and onboarding distributors who share our vision and drive. Together, you’ll pave the way for Montego’s success in new markets.
- Driving strategy: You will drive the big picture — crafting and implementing business development and route-to-market strategies that make a real impact in the FMCG space.
- Empowering the team: You’ll play a key role in establishing the systems, tools, and procedures that will give the team the structure and support they need to excel. By building a strong foundation, you’ll ensure the team can operate smoothly and independently, driving consistent growth. It’s about creating a legacy of sustainable processes that will allow Montego to thrive, no matter what the future holds.
- Expanding our footprint: You’ll help grow Montego’s brand in FMCG retail by partnering with distributors and executing trade marketing strategies that put our products front and centre.
- Owning the growth: Whether it’s Southern Africa or beyond, you’ll be instrumental in driving sales and market share growth, always staying ahead of the curve.
- We’re looking for someone who has the experience and expertise to know what’s next. You’ll understand the international trade environment, FMCG, and how to push a brand to new heights across borders.
