Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line support for IT-related issues, including hardware, software and network troubleshooting.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and passwords in accordance with organizational policies
- Provide basic IT training to staff on using equipment, software and internal system.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop computers, printers, and other peripheral devices.
Core Requirements:
- Higher Certificate in Information Technology.
- Recognized Microsoft Certifications
- 3 years’ experience in providing Microsoft Support to end-users
Advantageous:
- Three-year National Diploma / Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
- 3 – 5 years’ experience providing Microsoft support to end users
