- Receiving and dispatch of product
- Drawing of samples
- Wine adjustments
- Blending activities
- Operation of machinery in cellar environment, i.e. Sheet filter, Crossflow, Centrifuge, Lenticular filter, Verlcorin units.
- Stocktaking
- Housekeeping
- Other ad-hoc duties
- TPN participation
The successful candidate must have the following experience/skills:
- Minimum Grade 12
- Minimum of 1 – 3 years’ experience within a cellar environment
- Be able to work on heights and confined spaces
- Be able to work under pressure
- Be able to work shifts
- Must be a team player
- Must have reliable transport to and from work
- Be able to overtime and weekends
