Head of ITX needed at Paracon

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Provide direction and vision to support the growth of ETF business, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall goals.
• Product Development: Lead the development and launch of innovative ETF/AMETF products that meet market needs and comply with regulatory standards.
• Market Expansion: Work closely with the Marketing team to develop and implement strategies that promote ETF products and increase market share.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key institutional clients, Financial Advisors, DFMs, and other stakeholders.
• Product Management: Oversee the management and optimization of the existing ETF/AMETF product suite to ensure continued competitiveness and relevance.
• Financial Performance: Monitor financial performance against set targets and develop strategies to enhance profitability.
• Industry Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to guide strategic decision-making.
• Executive Collaboration: Contribute to the development of the overall company strategy as part of the Executive Management team.
• Internal Collaboration: Ensure smooth distribution of ITRIX products by managing relationships with other business areas.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Investment, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of business development experience within the Asset Management or Capital Management industry.
• Proven experience in a senior management role within the Financial Services industry, particularly in product and strategy development within the Retail market.
• Extensive experience in distributing retail products through Financial Advisors, with well-established market relationships.
• A strong understanding of ETFs is preferred, though retail business development experience is prioritised.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• A customer-service oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering value to clients.
• Ability to travel as required.
