Experience Requirements
- 3 – 5 years’ experience in a Workshop/ Engineering environment.
Key Outputs
- Ordering and receiving of goods.
- Ensure that all materials are available and issued as per maintenance requirements.
- Stock levels are maintained in accordance with specifications.
- Stock losses/shrinkages are eliminated.
- Redundant stock prevented.
- Receiving and issuing of spares.
- Issuing out of tools and equipment.
- Stock control records are maintained as per company standards.
- Housekeeping of the Store.
- Manage stock take – Weekly and end of month.
- Maintaining of budget.
- Getting the service and quality from Service providers.
- Inventory monitoring and management of critical spares and obsolete stock.
- E-CODE system.
- Ordering Stock
- C-Works maintenance system.
