Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum Degree/Diploma – NQF level 7
• Advantageous: Change Management, Process Management, Certified Product Owner, Certified Scrum Professional, Advanced Scrum Master, Project Management
• 4 years’ experience managing team(s) and the team process as a certified SM
• 4 years’ experience in IT

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper implementation of Scrum and Kanban methodologies within supported software engineering teams.
• Organize and facilitate daily standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos, and other Scrumrelated tasks.
• Keep team members familiar with software engineering processes and standards.
• Evaluate team performance and commitment to agile practices.
• Identify and provide agile training needs for team members.
• Maximize team productivity and development by supporting their growth into a highperformance team.
• Identify and address issues affecting team morale and productivity.
• Foster a selforganizing, empowered team environment by removing impediments and preventing distractions.
• Promote team building, feedback culture, and knowledge sharing to enhance team value and learning from past experiences.
