Job Description

• An established company within the aluminium and glass industry is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Internal Sales Representative to join their team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, assisting with product selections, preparing quotations and supporting the sales process, with a focus on aluminium windows and related products.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and provide product information.
• Prepare quotations and process sales orders.
• Assist customers with their aluminium and glass product requirements.
• Provide product guidance, particularly relating to aluminium windows.
• Follow up on enquiries and potential sales.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent service.
• Assist with general internal sales and administrative duties.

Requirements

• 3–5 years’ experience in Internal Sales or a similar sales role.
• Experience in retail, sales or hardware will be advantageous.
• Previous exposure to aluminium windows or the aluminium and glass industry will be beneficial.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Sales-driven, confident and comfortable dealing with customers.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
