• Maintaining high levels of inventory accuracy
• Supervise day-to-day operations and adherence to documented processes of the MPW-O warehouse
• Ensure change control within MPW-O warehouse
• Ensure that all staff are trained for respective jobs and responsibilities
• Identify operational problem resolution

Requirements
Qualifications:

• Relevant Supply Chain and/ or Logistical qualification

Skills:

• Flexible, active and forward thinking
• Work well under pressure and maintain good customer relations
• Good communication (oral and written) & interpersonal relations skills
• Attention to detail
• Computer literate
• Possess leadership and organisational skills

Experience:

• Experience in warehouse operations, ideally within the automotive industry – 5 years
• Experience in Logistics operations/Distribution/Supply Chain Management – 3 years
• SAP Competency in Warehouse Management Processes – 2 years
