Overview & Key Responsibilities

The Office Administrator will be responsible for administrative support and the key areas of responsibility for    this role would include but are not limited to:

  • Management of Switchboard and Reception;
  • Responsible for filling and document control;
  • Assisting in handling procurement;
  • Providing administrative support to procurement, debtors, customer services, commercial, engineering, production, distribution, and SHERQ functions;
  • Assisting with all other applicable administrative duties. 

Essential Requirements

  • Matric with post qualification in Office Administration or related field;
  • Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience in office administration;
  • Strong organization and administrative skills;
  • Deadline-driven, ability to work under pressure;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills;
  • Proven ability to build strong customer relationships;
  • Must have a valid unendorsed driver’s license and own transport;
  • Computer literate and proficient in MS Office suite.
