Responsibilities:
- Responsible for contract management and legal drafting.
- Responsible for coordinating and safeguarding contracts involving multiple countries.
- Manage in-house debt collection activities and coordinate with external partners, while overseeing ongoing litigation matters handled by external counsel.
- Responsible for handling company secretarial functions.
- Manage general legal and compliance matters.
Requirements:
- Completed LLB and must be an Admitted Attorney.
- A minimum of five years’ post-admission experience, with current in-house experience in a logistics, FMCG, or industrial company.
- Strong background in contract management and legal drafting is required.
- Experience with international legal compliance and cross border transactions is advantageous.
