MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Agricultural Diploma/Degree
• At least 10 years farm Manager experience essential
• Experience crop and cattle farming
• Computer literate
• Ability to work well independently and within a team
• Strong management and communication skills
• Being maintenance/mechanically orientated
• Valid driver’s license

 RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Manage human resources and administration
• Land preparation for planting
• Veld management
• Water reticulation management eg cleaning of dams and water infrastructure
• Fence maintenance
• Animal management Trucks, tractor and implements maintenance
• Knowledge of soil nutrients, grain cultivars, fertilizer and pesticides utilisation
• Cattle management eg disease management and feedlot management
