Job Description

Key responsibilities:

Project Planning: 

  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.

Campaign planning: 

  • Integrating campaign planning in Excel, MS Teams and Jira, adding production schedules to relevant calendars.

Team Coordination: 

  • Collaborate with marketing strategy manager, creative leads, and media teams to ensure alignment on project goals.

Execution: 

  • Manage the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

Monitoring & Reporting: 

  • Daily track project progress and report project status and outcomes.

Problem Solving: 

  • Identify potential risks and obstacles, and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Communication: 

  • Serve as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.

Compliance approvals: 

  • Uploading of all campaign scripts, offlines and onlines on the Compliance SharePoint platform and coordinate all changes as needed.

Quality assurance: 

  • Assist with quality checks on all titles, end boards and alignment with flighting codes.

Ad hoc projects: 

  • Be the owner for ad hoc projects allocated to this role or individual

Team management: I

  • f required, based on the workload and business demand, individuals that do similar work could be allocated to this role and be required to be managed

Preferred skills:

  • Experience with traditional and digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in advertising traffic management/project management.  
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
