Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, executing, and finalising project activities as directed by the Project Manager.
- Coordinate meetings, maintain project schedules, and update project plans.
- Track project milestones and deliverables to keep team members informed and aligned.
- Help manage resources by assigning tasks to team members and coordinating with suppliers.
- Monitor orders to optimise productivity and ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare, organise, and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and project reports.
- Support the Project Manager in drafting proposals and other project-related documentation.
- Manage communication, including emails and phone calls, with clients regarding project progress and updates.
- Inform clients on project milestones and ensure they are kept up to date.
- Prepare collection, delivery, and service notes for project-related activities.
- Assist with the loading and inspection of orders to ensure accuracy and readiness for delivery.
- Track project timelines, identify potential delays, and communicate risks to stakeholders to keep projects on schedule.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Matric
- Experience within the corporate furniture would be beneficial
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Proficiency in using project management tools and software is an advantage.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving project requirements.
