Responsibilities:

Financial Metrics

  • Identifying weakness accompanied timeous corrective action.
  • Creation & Review of daily, weekly, monthly reports.
  • Ensuring effective communication across all departments
  • Satisfactory meeting of customer deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Sound knowledge of project management software.
  • Proven experience developing schedules and timelines for projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • The ability to multi-task.
  • The ability to work in a high-pressure environment.

Operational

  • Previous traffic management skills a must, agency experience a plus.
  • Serve as a liaison across multiple departments, maintaining regular contact with all through clear, effective communication.
  • Create and manage project schedules, prioritizing work and scheduling reviews.
  • Track and resolve issues and know when to escalate and prioritize.
  • Track, manage, and allocate resources for creative projects.
  • Work closely with account and creative leaders to plan for and resource upcoming projects.
  • Serve as quality assurance, proofing creative at every stage in the process.
  • Recognize inefficiencies within the workflow process and make recommendations to resolve.
  • Be creative, resourceful and detail-oriented; must multi-task and prioritize with ease in a fastpaced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Ensures all artwork is proofread, both before submission to the client, and prior to use or publication.
  • Verifies that all material is properly signed off/approved by account executive and client.
  • Have a willingness to jump in and help where needed within the agency.
  • Identifying opportunities to adjust and revise work processes in order to increase efficiency.
  • Conducting daily meetings to ensure that staff is aware of looming deadlines.
  • Preparing daily priority lists, weekly project status reports and project budgets.
  • Regularly tracking and updating project statuses.
  • Developing work schedules for various departments to ensure that projects and processes are on schedule.
  • Communicating potential problems to project teams and recommending solutions.
  • Creating timelines, instructions, and breakdowns for future projects.
  • Informing project teams of any updates and changes as and when they occur.

   People

  • Sourcing of training as and when needed for self & staff.
  • Formal setting up of individual staff meetings (Initial meeting to layout the KPIs, quarterly tracking meeting, half year review, quarterly tracking meeting and year-end review.
  • Adequate recognition of staff efforts.
  • Sustainable morale and team building.
  • Induction and comfort or new team leaders.
  • Implementation of HR initiatives.
  • Monitoring of employee productivity.
  • Effective & Appropriate communication with all team members, departments and suppliers.

Compliance, risk and quality:

  • Legal agreements in place with all customers/suppliers.
  • Creating, maintaining and enforcing company policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring that we adhere and meet customer expectations.
  • Compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

  • Customer relationship management & driving sales to customers.
  • Identifying new business and new products.
