• Bombela Maintenance is looking to recruit 1 x Industrial Data Technician – Supply Chain Key User
• The main purpose of this role is to manage ERP work packages for Supply Chain and associated landscapes as a Key User.
• This role will be based at the Gautrain Maintenance Depot in Midrand, Johannesburg. 

YOUR ROLE:

• Ensure proper ERP system application and process development.
• Ensure data consistency and reliability for all Supply-Chain and Sourcing ERP master data (MM)
• Train end users and provide support to ERP usage
• Ensure the creation and maintenance of Material Master Data for the Supply Chain domain( Material planning and Logistics MM) fields and validate data in alignment with Industrial flows.  
• Analyze all ERP data inconsistency messages coming from various departments: Warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, method, industrialization, sourcing and ensure compliance to Internal Financial rules. 
• Analyze ERP error messages specific to master data quality and implement corrective actions; review, measure, monitor
• ERP technical support for business_ Maintenance site .
• Referent for end users in case ERP system and technical issues, process gaps or clarification. Supply chain(Material planning & Logistics) + Repair Loop Controller support.
• Prepare data (review and cleanse, format, load, test and validate) and support with User Acceptance Tests(UATs) for upgrades, change requests and new landscapes from the DT community.
• Contribute to training documentation creation or localization when required, validation and issuing at central level
• Logistics_ Physical material flows i.e. logistics type, storage type, bin locations, valuation types,
• Material planning _ correct maintenance of MRP parameters i.e., Proc type, lot sizes, GRN, lead times, GR times, planning time fence,
• Repair loop controller_ equipment creation, repair notification management ext. and int
• Ensure proper usage of Fiori – Material Planning Cockpit (MPC) _ OTIF, coverage,
• Ensure business roles with needed authorizations (Duty and Segregation/manage conflicts and ensure compliance to global SOD targets )
• Create measurement framework for performance for Suppy chain and Logistics domain function
• KPI responsible, analyze and contribute to a data driven culture within organization | inform business performance using tools I.e., Qlik Sense , Celonis , BI & BW. Management reporting and action plan management.  
• Ensure good governance across overall Supply chain stream, end-to-end from Material planning to Warehouse(MM) management on the system _GSI & other
• Contribute to training documentation issuing at central level and write local documents if necessary. 
• Train new entrants & refresher training for existing users on their specific area of competence

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Recognized tertiary qualification / Bachelor’s Degree) in (Logistics/Supply Chain/Industrial Engineering/IT)
• Experience of 0-3 years in an industrial environment
• SAP experience and background advantageous with associated landscapes
