Job Description    
Main Objective of the Role:

  • Provide a comprehensive Recruitment service that will enable the organisation to its objectives

Key Performance Areas:

  • Workforce Planning:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs. 
  • Conduct thorough job analysis and skills gap assessments to identify key competencies and qualifications required for each position. 
  • Ensure clear and accurate job descriptions and specifications are created for open positions
  • Sourcing and Attraction:
  • Use various sourcing channels (social media, professional networks, internal recruitment platform (Breezy), LinkedIn, Pnet, recruitment agencies etc), referrals, etc. to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates 
  • Draft job advertisements and add in EVP to attract top talent. 
  • Build and maintain a pool of talent for future hiring needs.
  • Screening and Selection:
  • Review CVs to assess candidate qualifications, experience and match them with job requirements.
  • Conduct phone screening to evaluate candidate suitability, experience, salary expectations, etc
  • Interview Coordination and Evaluation:
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring timely and efficient candidate engagement. 
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to evaluate candidate performance and suitability based on established selection criteria. 
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates throughout the selection process.
  • Offer Negotiation and Onboarding:
  • Facilitate job offer negotiations, working closely with hiring managers and candidates to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. 
  • Coordinate pre-employment activities, including background checks (MIE), assessments (PI), and reference checks
  • Prepare onboarding pack for new hires
  • Administration:
  • Update monthly reports for promotions, new hires, and turnover. 
  • Order and arrange logbooks for new hires 
  • Create email addresses for new hires

Inherent Requirements    
Minimum Qualification and Experience Required:

  • Human Resource / Talent Acquisition Certification
  • 3 Years Experience
