What We’re Looking For:
- We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in EMEA, on a 6-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will support recruitment efforts across Europe, managing the end-to-end recruitment process and ensuring an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring leaders. You will work as a key partner within our dynamic global Talent & People team.
What You’ll Do:
- Focus on sourcing top talent across EMEA for sales & professional services roles, using a variety of channels including direct sourcing, job boards, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for both active requisitions and future bench roles, ensuring readiness to fill key positions as business needs evolve.
- Conduct thorough screening and shortlisting of candidates to match hiring leaders’ requirements, ensuring a strong fit for both skills and cultural alignment.
- Partner with hiring leaders to fill requisitions efficiently, ensuring high-quality candidates move through the process quickly and smoothly.
- Prioritize diverse sourcing strategies to ensure every hiring slate includes a wide range of candidates, supporting Meltwater’s commitment to diversity and inclusion.
- Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and clear communication throughout the interview process.
- Utilize market insights and data to refine sourcing strategies and stay ahead of hiring trends across EMEA.
- Manage all recruitment logistics, from posting jobs to coordinating interviews and collecting feedback, ensuring a seamless recruitment process from start to finish.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 1+ year of experience in corporate or agency recruiting, ideally with exposure to hiring across multiple countries and cultures.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Jobvite.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience recruiting for Sales roles is a plus.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Collaborative and open to feedback, comfortable working in a global, agile team.
- Data-driven with the ability to use market insights to refine sourcing strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model, with 2 days a week in the office.
- Legal right to work in the country of hire.
