Systems Analyst: Service Management Systems needed at Capitec Bank

Purpose Statement

• Interpret specifications to build systems solutions to support business processes, aligned with relevant internal and external governance
• Design, develop and maintain automation and integration solutions in accordance with specific business requirements and IT drivers
• Provide technical system support and liaise with system vendors to ensure timely resolution of escalated technical issues

Experience

Min:

• 5-6 years’ experience in Systems Design and Analysis
• 2-3 years’ experience in Systems and Data Integration using a combination of the following platform solutions
• Transact-SQL
• PowerShell
• JavaScript

Ideal:

• 2-3 years’ experience in a Systems Analysis Role

Qualifications (Minimum)

• Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
• A relevant qualification in Information Technology

Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)

• Certification in ITIL
• A relevant qualification in Project Management

Advanced knowledge and understanding of

• Automation using PowerShell
• Querying Data with Transact-SQL
• Programming with JavaScript
• Systems Implementation and Technical Systems Support
• Vendor Liaison and Management
