Your key responsibilities will include:

Data Management

• Collect, compile, and manage data from various sources.

• Understand how these have an impact on profitability and commercial viability.

Cross functional collaboration

• Work closely with internal stakeholders and other team.
• Provide recommendations based on actionable insights.
• Knowledge on consumers and how they fit in with our products.
• Provide detailed reports as well as synthesized presentations.

Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in operations.
• Recommend actionable insights.

What are we looking for?

Education / Qualifications / Experience Required

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Marketing, Analytics, Business, or a related field, preferably within the FMCG industry
• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics/Mathematics/Statistics
• Skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerApps, Power Bi, PowerPoint or other data analysis tools.
• Experience in managing research agencies (e.g. Nielsen, Kantar, Ipsos)
• Familiarity with reporting and visualization tools
• Stakeholder management and Effective communication.
• Present insights through story telling to influence opinions and decisions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyse data and extract meaningful actionable insights.
