What you will do 

Planning and Coordination

• Develop and execute drive test plans in alignment with project requirements and network performance goals.
• Schedule and assign tasks to drive test teams, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including network planning, optimization, and implementation teams, to align testing activities.
• Manage logistics for drive test equipment, vehicles, and team assignments.

Execution and Supervision

• Oversee field teams conducting drive tests, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Monitor real-time drive test progress and address operational challenges.
• Ensure proper collection of data using testing tools (e.g., TEMS, Nemo, or similar tools).

Data Analysis and Reporting

• Analyze data collected from drive tests to identify network performance issues such as dropped calls, weak coverage, or low throughput.
• Prepare detailed reports on network KPIs, including signal strength, interference levels, and user experience metrics.
• Provide actionable recommendations for network optimization based on drive test findings.

Technical Support and Troubleshooting

• Assist teams in resolving technical issues related to testing tools and equipment.
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or vendors as needed.

Documentation and Compliance

• Maintain accurate records of all drive test activities, results, and equipment usage.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, industry regulations, and customer requirements.

Team Management and Training

• Train drive test engineers and technicians on tools, processes, and best practices.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members

You will bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in wireless communication or network optimization are a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in drive testing, network optimization, or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with drive test tools like TEMS, Nemo, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of mobile network technologies (2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G).
• Proficient in data analysis and interpretation of network KPIs.
• Familiarity with GIS tools and mapping software is an advantage.
