• Respond quickly and efficiently to all incoming sales enquiries via telephonic or email.
• Follow-up on all queries’, preparing proposals where necessary.
• Assisting with technical advise / support and recommending alternative products when applicable.
• Processing of Customer Quotes, Orders timeously and accurately.
• Liaising with FWD Agents/Warehouse for packing of containers and loading of Trucks – Exw.

Is this job for you ?

• This role requires an individual who has the ability to self-manage their daily tasks and make calculating decisions in ensuring accuracy and 100% endurance to internal, SARS, VAT and SARB policies. The Export industry is challenging and require attention to detail and commercial maturity. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the export industry. The candidate should also possess Relationship management capability and ability to interact at all levels.

• As a Customer Service Consultant, you will co-ordinate the Sales activity within the OTI Exports Division. Processing of Quotes, Orders and Purchase Requisitions. Liaise with freight forwarders and other stakeholders in expediting cross border and sea freight orders.
