Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain HR information systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Analyze HR data to provide insights and support strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
  • Generate reports and dashboards for management review.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement system upgrades and improvements.
  • Provide training and support to staff on HR systems and processes.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and liaise with vendors for technical support.
  • Develop and document standard operating procedures related to HR information systems.

Requirements

  • Grade 12 or equivalent NQF level 4 qualification Relevant 3 Year HR Degree / HR BTech Degree
  • 2 to 3 years in a Human Resources Information Practitioner or Payrol role is essential Experience in a Hospital / Hospital environment will be advantageous
  • Experience on the SAP HCM is essential
  • Employee Records, Payroll & Employee Benefits
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels are essential
  • Excellent administration and organization skills are essential
