Responsibilities: 

• Provide detail CAD drawing of equipment and machinery with the objective to improve workings or productivity
• Facility design including, Floor Plans, Process Systems, HVAC
• Drive continuous improvement projects
• Advise and coordinate with stakeholders on guidelines for installation drawings
• Support the installation and commissioning of machinery.
• Prepare project proposals, timeframes, schedules and budgets.
• Provide accurate capex forecast and manage costs against agreed budget.
• Leverage new technologies and innovations.
• Support technicians with complex electrical or mechanical breakdowns by assisting with troubleshooting.
• Assist with daily plant inspections, ensuring systems operate within design specifications.

Requirements

• National Higher Diploma or Trade Qualification in Design.
• 5 Years Planning and Scheduling experience.
• Knowledge of CMMS.
• Knowledge of cGMP, OHSA and HACCP.
