Key responsibilities

Process Optimisation and Design

  • Working with Head of Business Solutions to drive end to end transformation initiatives aimed at optimizing and re-engineering business processes across the business
  • Collaboration with Cross Functional teams to implement innovative solutions, drive efficiency improvements, and ensure that the organization successfully adapts to both internal and external changes

New System Implementation/Migration

  • Ensure new system aligns with strategic goals and objectives
  • Assess how new systems will impact business processes and overall operational efficiency
  • Engage stakeholders early and often to build consensus around the need for the new system and to ensure their buy-in and support throughout the implementation.

Change management and Stakeholder Engagement

  • Develop and execute change management strategies to support business transformation initiatives.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement, ensuring that all impacted parties understand and support the transformation goals including new system implementation and migration.
  • Facilitate communication and initial training to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies. Provide Training facilitators with content and FAQs to support their ongoing training.
  • Address resistance to change and provide coaching to leaders and employees during the transition phase. Work proactively to address concerns

Collaboration with Cross-Functional and External Teams:

  • Work closely with senior leadership, department heads, and project teams to define transformation goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with IT and internal Business Solutions team to implement digital tools and systems that support process transformation.
  • Work closely with Business Data Architect on the scope and design of reports to assist the teams.
  • Work with the Project manager to define the strategic objectives of projects so they can translate them into specific actionable projects with clear deliverables, timelines and budgets.
  • Work closely with third party vendors of new systems to ensure on time deliverables within scope
  • Work closely with third party partners on their requirements with the introduction of new processes or process changes.

Performance Measurement & Continuous Improvement:

  • Develop metrics to assess the effectiveness of transformation programs and track performance over time.
  • Work closely with Business Architect to ensure there are reports in place to support the teams in measuring performance
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement efforts to refine and optimize processes.
  • Report on the progress of transformation initiatives to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations.
