Minimum Requirements
Qualification(s):

• National Diploma in Human Resources/ Behavioural Sciences/Information Technology at NQF6 with 240 credits

Related Minimum Experience:

• 2 years’ training or experience in human resources generalist or specialist areas

• Assist in providing an advisory service to line management and employees regarding Eskom`s Conditions of Service.
• Assist in ensuring the improvement of employee satisfaction and organisational performance.
• Assist with information to compile a workplace skills plan.
• Assist in ensuring an effective skills sourcing service to the area.
• Assist in providing support to line management to improve and maintain good people relations. Assist with
