Minimum Requirements    

  • Must be a South African Citizen
  • Relevant degree(s) obtained from an accredited institution of higher learning in the Information Technology 
  • Average grade of 65% or higher
  • Willing to relocate and/or travel with South Africa
  • Previous work experience is welcome but not a requirement
  • Excellent communication, presentation and co-ordination skills
  • Advanced computer literacy and general administrative skills
  • Driver’s licence The following documents should be included in your application

Duties & Responsibilities    

  • Application Support and Maintenance:
  • Assist in the troubleshooting and resolution of issues related to internal IT applications.
  • Monitor and ensure the performance of IT applications meets established standards.
  • Help maintain documentation for applications, including user guides and technical specifications.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance:
  • Assist in testing new features and updates for existing applications.
  • Participate in system testing to identify bugs or issues and provide feedback to the development team.
  • Help prepare test cases and scenarios to ensure applications function as expected.
  • User Support and Training:
  • Assist in providing support to end-users with application-related queries.
  • Help create training materials and conduct basic application training for staff members.
  • Application Development and Customization:
  • Assist the team in implementing minor customizations to existing applications as required.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve application functionality based on feedback from users.
  • Data Management and Reporting:
  • Assist in managing and updating application databases.
  • Help generate reports and dashboards for monitoring application performance and usage.
  • Documentation and Process Improvement:
  • Assist in creating and maintaining process documentation, including workflows and system architecture.
  • Help identify and recommend areas for improvement in the current IT application landscape.
