What you’ll do

• As the Head of Trading Services South Africa, you will be responsible for empowering and leading the South African TS team to deliver an engaging and coherent client experience that delights and surprises our clients, and is aligned with IG’s strategy.
• The Head of Trading Services South Africa will require a wide range of skills to perform on all aspects this amazing opportunity has to offer.

These will include:

• Strong people management and leadership skills, in order to drive, empower, support and develop an engaged and passionate team and work force, all working towards a common goal.

What you’ll need for this role

You’ll need experience in:

• At least 5 years experience working within the financial industry, in a managerial capacity, ideally in a client facing/touching department
• Extensive experience in providing excellent customer service and understanding the client journey/experience
• Experience in providing departmental performance reporting and analysis for senior stakeholders
• Team management and leadership experience
• A previous background within Financial Services

• Good knowledge of IG’s business, processes and the Trading Services role and functions
• Outstanding communication skills across all levels of the organization and with key stakeholders

• Educated to Degree level
