- Manage the POS system in conjunction with the Maintenance and Hospital Manager
- Weekly reporting on stock used and costing report
- Weekly reporting on labour hour costing per team member
- Update supplier database on electronic system
- Extensive supplier liaison and query handling
- Scheduled services of equipment by checking due dates
- Utilising the Melo Finance system to load quotes, issue order numbers to suppliers, receive and checking orders
Requirements
- Grade 12
- Minimum 2 years’ working experience
- Previous experience in a similar environment would be advantageous
- Friendly disposition with excellent communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced computer skills i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, etc
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure
