Minimum Requirements

Qualification(s):

• B Degree/B-Tech in Human Resources or Social/Behavioral Sciences at NQF 7 with 360 credits

Related Minimum Experience:

• 5 year’s sound experience in the general Human Resources management and practices.

• Provide a Specialist and Professional Human Resources Service with regards to Talent & Skills, Employment Equity, Organisation Effectiveness, Industrial Relations, and Leadership Development etc.
• Provide professional advice and guidance on policies, procedures, processes and systems
• Provide a Generalist Human Resources service across the entire HR value chain
• Project management and participation as HR generalist to different initiatives
• Client relations and specialist advise
